Location was very convenient. When I arrived, Michelle greeted me and she was very nice. Only issues are, my reservation showed I had 2 separate rooms and I made reservations for 1 room as I was traveling solo. I said I would contact Booking.com and let them know about the error. The other issue was the huge gap at the bottom of the door of my room. It was large enough for something to crawl into the room so I folded up a newspaper and closed it into the gap. Lastly, I know it was a smoking room but it had an overwhelming smell, as if a whole bottle of "old spice" mens cologne, had been spilled in the room.

We arrived 2 hours past our expected late check in, The receptionist on duty was very friendly and understanding. The accommodations were great for tired travelers. The only reason our rooms were not close together was due to our late arrival. Excellent service. Sure Stay even provided a map of close by shopping areas, restaurants, family friendly areas and repair shops. listing them by lights. How cool. In all our travels we have never had an easy way to maneuver around the city.

Location, there was a dollar tree next door along with other places in walking distance. The young lady who checked me in was very friendly and polite. Room was clean, comfortable bed, and quiet.

Our attendant at check in was a delight. He and his family have just relocated and had recently started with SureStay. The room was recently renovated, clean and smelled it. Bed was comfortable and the price can't be beat. Highly recommend!!!!

The AGM was very pleasant and made sure that I wasn’t disturbed by housekeeping with my late check out… the front desk staff is always very pleasant

Good location, recently upgraded, has a good breakfast selection and staff was accommodating. I made a wrong room selection and reserved a smoking room online by mistake. Fortunately, the clerk gave me a non smoking room when I’ve informed him about my mistake.

The breakfast was not served until 8:00. I left before that, altho I had planned to eat there. It was online to start at 6:30. I lrft at 5:30, so I would have missed it anyway.

Everyone was very polite and respectful and helpful. What information we needed we received. Continental Breakfast was awesome 👍. Swimming was great. I'll be staying there a great deal more when I'm in Brunswick, Georgia.
